When we observe the universe, we are always looking into the past: the light of the Sun reaches us in eight minutes, the nearest star in four years, and the Andromeda galaxy reveals itself as it was 2.5 million years ago. Light becomes a messenger of time — carrying traces of existence long after the source has changed or disappeared.
superluminal translates this idea into a terrestrial experience. The installation consists of 80 light beams arranged in four concentric circles and directed into the sky. From any point of view, the viewer perceives shifting rhythms and patterns of light — a living flow that belongs to both nature and technology. Through this encounter, the invisible becomes tangible, and light becomes a way to sense the continuity between the present moment and the infinite distance of time.
